Claims

Carriers are cracking down on claims! If an item comes damaged, please provide the following; if not, we will see the claims denied. 

1.   A photo of the damaged item
2.   A photo of the outside of the box and any damages
3.   A photo of the shipping label on the box
4.   A photo of the inside of the box (preferably with the item inside)
